Moving On

ELBCW has come a long way, apparently 271 posts to-date.

I have had almost two wonderful years of blogging in ELBCW. This was where I penned down all my thoughts and experiences - happy, sad, exciting, lonely, silly, fun times, travels, kitty-chronicles, my indulgences, work life (starring the Prick!), sunshiny days, trials and tribulations, married life, celebrations, my best bud - IK, my pregnancy and off late - bubba.

Too much of bubba, actually.

Hence the need to move on. It is with a heavy heart I have to put ELBCW aside for the time being as my life has changed drastically and this no longer reflects 'me', the Wharfer.

ELBCW, you were a loyal companion to me. We had a great journey together didn't we, into the unknown blogsphere world and even made a virtual friend or two along the way.

You will remain as my on line weblog ie diary for when I need some reminder of the care-free, yuppy-ish, responsible-free and most definitely blessed life I had as a thirty-something, married with no obligations, working in London.

Now I am a mother to a beautiful bubba. I now eat live and breathe bubba.

So.

What better time than the new year to start a-new. Close one chapter and perhaps create another blog dedicated to bubba, a blog revolving around my experience as a first time mother, a journal as a keepsake for this new life lest I forget the sweet moments, the fond memories as well as the bitter ones.

Cherry Mistmas and Happy 2009 to all my readers, yes all 2 of you!, and thank you for dropping by ELBCW to read my very very frivolous writing. Who knows, perhaps one day our paths may cross again ~In another life? In another blog?

I am so going to miss this space *sobs*. So long, au revoir, until we meet again, take care.
