I am a Cath Kidston devotee.
I love her prints/designs and my fave are Bird (more recently), Antique Rose, New Rose Bloom, Baby Blue Mini Dots and Bubble Rose.
Good news:
Cath Kidston is having some pre x'mas sales: one in Selfridges (20%) this weekend and some more at her outlets (15%) the following week. Huzzah.
Bad news:
IK does not think Ms Kidston is a wise choice of 'investment' as it is merely overpriced 'plastic' bags according to him. Boo hoo hoo.
But, but, it's the designs, the colours, the patterns, the lovely roses, I scream (in defence) in my head.
Now how do I ensure I have a fail-proof plan so that IK never finds out about my intentions of investing further into this company?

i wouldnt advise you to go behind ik's back and get yourself more of cath. you've got to tell him that collecting is considered a hobby. provided that you make sure you'd use all cath's oven gloves, pencil case, tiny tote bags..
cath kidston's quite pricey. i can understand where ik's coming from. but those gadgets are expensive too (what does ik likes eh, i pressume it's gadgets).

Yes agree, she is pricey but so irresistably cantik. Sigh.
IK does not like gadgets. Unfortunately (or fortunately?) he hardly indulges in expensive useless items, neither does he smoke, drink, or shop; his only joy is when DVDs go on sale at HMV. Haha.
