I'm knackered and so thankful it is finally the end of the day.
6 p.m.
The end of the work week. Start of the weekend. Finally.
It has been a long and gruelling week.
What I would do for a nice big bed with fresh clean sheets and lots of soft down pillows with some gentle music in the background to soothe this throbbing headache of mine and lullaby me to sleep.
Now if I can only get myself out of this place pronto.

That time of the month?
IK complained of suffering from bloatedness, stomach cramps and not feeling too well generally. That's what happens when you don't take your EPO regularly.

EPO=evening primrose oil la, makes you wonder who's the one with estrogen + progesterones kan : )
evening primrose? hmmm start him on fish oil (suggested PRISTIN) to avoid unnecessary bad cholestrol, and also other supplement...for example: tongkat ali (for energy la, bukan takat sex drive jer...hapa la)
he's old already (haha!). he better get started on supplements today. also regular workouts...(in bed workouts does not count). people say, bird's nest is also good for the sex drive...(haha! penat la macam ni). i dunno, had only tried 3 bottles...feels nothing, i guess i need to try more bottles. (HAHAHAHA!!)
i believe that, you don't need to be 40 to start taking supplements. you should start as early as puberty (hehe...ajaran sesat).

well, hey like they say...health is wealth. so don't lose it. i just love to share...anyways, if he needs some tongkat ali pills...just call me, i'll ship a bottle of 60 tablets to him. he could share some with the mat salehs...maybe we could export them to lundon. hahahaha....
